Recommend course:

Quality requirements are fundamental to project success, and consequently poor quality requirements are often cited as a major contributor in project failure. This course sets out a practical requirements analysis framework that you can apply on your projects to ensure that requirements best practice is followed. A concrete case study is used to help you understand and apply the framework.

The framework includes both an analysis process and a requirements management strategy, and you will be shown where requirements practices, techniques and deliverables fit into these approaches.

The ‘Requirements Analysis Framework’ course is delivered by seasoned Equinox consultant practitioners who apply the framework and practices presented in this course on a daily basis.
