Description

The Requirements Elicitation course is delivered in person or can be live-online by arrangement.

This 1-day course provides a core understanding of elicitation, the importance of planning, and coverage of many valuable elicitation techniques. Emphasis is also placed on the need to verify requirements with the business to confirm that an accurate understanding has been elicited. During the afternoon session course participants undertake a realistic elicitation exercise, to reinforce the principles and techniques learnt during the course.

Greater emphasis is being placed on skilled Business Analysts who have the ability to communicate strongly, engage with stakeholders, and elicit a clear understanding of business requirements. Requirements elicitation skills have never been more important for Business Analysts and IT professionals.

The ‘Requirements Elicitation’ course is delivered by seasoned Equinox consultant practitioners who apply the techniques and practices presented in this course on a daily basis.
