Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM)
The Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) course builds on the foundations of Scrum and helps you to take your Agile team's capability to the next level. This certification is the next step in the Scrum pathway following the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) course.
Description
The 'Advanced Certified ScrumMaster' training is delivered 'Live Online' in partnership with Adapt WithStyle.
Registrations for this A-CSM course close one week prior to the course starting to allow time to complete required pre-work.
The Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) course is about broadening your toolkit and deepening your skills to more effectively improve one or more Scrum Teams – especially in ambiguous and difficult situations.
A-CSM takes you beyond understanding Scrum to learn the skills necessary to be an effective Scrum Master or team-oriented Agile Coach. It equips you with specific techniques for teaching, facilitating, coaching, structured impediment resolution and much more.
During the A-CSM you will expand the stances that you work across, add techniques to your facilitation, teaching, coaching, impediment resolution, conflict management and organisational change toolkits. Learn how to accelerate team development and address limitations related to technical practices, scaling approaches and hybrid working.
The A-CSM is a exercise-based learning experience focused on skills acquisition to help you to take your leadership of Agile capability building to the next level. It builds on your learning and experience since you completed your CSM course.
For Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches, A-CSM training orients you with the breadth and depth of skills that you will need to successfully take a team beyond the basics toward high performance.
Come away with a clearer picture as to where you and your team(s) are at and what you can do straight away to improve where it matters.
