The Role of Product Owner
Learn the function of a Product Owner with an experienced practitioner.
Description
A product owner is responsible for the maximising the value of a product by defining and prioritising the work for the delivery team. This goes beyond just managing the product backlog or requirements engineering to considering the wider possibilities and opportunities in the market. This requires entrepreneurship, imagination and long-term vision to guarantee a product's success.
In The Role of the Product Owner, you will learn the importance of product ownership within an Agile environment. You will walk away with an understanding of what strategies to implement to mitigate risk, adapt to ongoing change and add value to your team's performance.
During this course, you will have the chance to reinforce what you're learning with group discussion and exercises. This interactive course is designed and facilitated by practising product owners and Agile consultants.
