Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Become a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) and gain a detailed understanding of the world's most popular Agile method: Scrum.

Description

This is the most widely recognised Agile training and certification. Adapt WithStyle has been running and improving this course for over 16 years! Thousands of professionals have completed this course with us and have achieved a high score on the certification test.

The course is delivered in person and live online with Rowan Bunning from our Australian partner Adapt WithStyle. The Certified Scrum Master (CSM) course is about understanding effective Scrum in a way that connects principles with practical application. Also being well-informed about what is involved in being a team-centric capability leader a.k.a. Scrum Master.

During the CSM you will learn how to apply the principles of Scrum through effective events, artefacts and accountabilities/roles. This is a highly interactive, hands-on learning experience designed to inspire you and provide practical techniques that you apply straight after the course.

Adapt WithStyle uses highly immersive adult learning techniques such as visual modelling, simulations, role-plays and ‘Training from the Back of the Room’ activities to enable self-directed learning and enhanced retention.

This course is organised and run using Scrum. This allows for feedback and flexibility as well as experiencing Scrum in action throughout the course.

Come away with techniques that you can apply to improve teamwork and create a continuous improvement culture in a wide vary of contexts with or without Scrum.
