Nick is a formally trained and experienced Senior Business Analyst with project management experience, specialising in software development, the operational aspects of business transformation and analysis training.

Nick draws on 20 years of full project lifecycle experience, including traditional, iterative and agile approaches, within many multi-functional organisations. Nick has the ability to understand, negotiate, deliver and train at all project, departmental and strategic levels, competently managing expectations and providing proactive leadership.  Nick also delivers skills transformation training enabling many successful business and process improvements and the deployment of effective, robust and scalable solutions.
